We know how hard it is buying clothing and products online with different sizing and fit between different ranges. So to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase we offer a 30 day exchange or refund on every product that we sell including clothing and compression gear. When ordering apparel, when you receive your order PLEASE TRY YOUR GARMENT ON FOR CORRECT SIZE BEFORE REMOVING TAGS.

If you find the sizing is incorrect - too big or too small, or if it is the wrong colour, the product may be returned and exchanged for an alternative size or colour, or another product of the same value.
If you find that the product doesn't meet your expectations or requirements a full refund will also be given upon returning of good within 30 days of purchase.
Products returned or exchanged must be returned within within 30 days of your receiving it from us, in a resalable UNUSED condition with packaging intact and all labels etc attached and returned with the item, and if possible original proof of purchase enclosed. We will only take returns of used apparel for refund or exchange if the product is faulty or has manufacturing defects.

MONEY BACK REFUNDS
Full Money Back Refunds will be issued on manufacturing defects if a replacement cannot be sourced or the product cannot be repaired by the manufacturer eg. end of line, discontinued stock.
We also give full refunds if you find a product is unsuitable for the purpose, does not meet your expectations, or does not fit comfortably, and you do not wish to exchange it for another product. The refund will be issued in the same tender as original payment eg. credit card, bank transfer etc.

SKINS and 2XU Compression Garments

Please note the SKINS and 2XU Compression garments are designed to be a very tight fit. Please ensure you have correctly measured your height, weight, and chest measurement and followed the appropriate SKINS or 2XU sizing charts before wearing the garment during training. If you find that on receiving your goods that you have ordered the incorrect size please return the garment in its original packaging in an unused condition. We do not take returns of used SKINS and 2XU Compression apparel except for manufacturing defects.

HOW TO RETURN:

Please contact as soon as possible to notify us of the problem either by phone or email. Once we have confirmed your details and the nature of return, please return the fully Laundered product/s by courier to:

Please enclose your original purchase receipt. If you do not have your purchase receipt, please include a note stating your name, address, e-mail address and order number if known. Please allow normal delivery times for our reply. Once we receive the goods back we will notify you of expected date/time for replacement.
If the Product has been used please wash the garment before returning it to us.
