Each filter lasts approximately three months, replacing up to 375 disposable plastic water bottles. Each filter reliably reduces contaminants for 300 refills of the CamelBak Groove 600ml bottle. Or 3 months worth of use at 3-4 full bottle per day (180 liters).
You may need to change the filter more or less depending on usage.
