The product was scientifically formulated to maintain optimum hydration for exercising bodies long before mainstream sports drinks and waters hit the shelves.

Replace Hydration now brings an even better formulation to the market, with more complex carbs and less simple sugars to keep you going for longer, a lower osmolarity (faster fluid transfer), higher sodium concentration (better retention and absorption), balanced acid level (more tooth friendly) and we've even reduced the amount of added colours (less staining!)

Directions:
Add one level scoop (16g) of Horleys Replace to 200ml of cold water and stir until dissolved. To make one litre, use 5 level scoops (80g).Once prepared store Horleys Replace in the refrigerator.
