Enervit GT tablets are Fructose-based lemon flavour energy tablets, particularly recommended for fighting fatigue in every situation: sports, work and free time.
Enervit GT tablets also contain vitamins (B1, B2, PP and C) which are particularly helpful for the use of carbohydrates and the efficiency of the body during physical activity in general.
They also contain mineral salts, including potassium and magnesium in the form of aspartates which combat the effects of ammonium, a substance which forms in the body during physical exercise and is one of the causes of cramps.
Enervit GT tablets are prepared with readily usable carbohydrates; the vitamins have been chosen from those most involved in the use of the carbohydrates themselves, and their action is complemented by the presence of potassium and magnesium aspartates (possessing anti-cramp properties); together with sodium chloride, these salts actively contribute to the reintegration of the losses caused by perspiration.
