Leppin Endurance Athlete uses the Leppin PRO4 protein blend. This combines the benefits of Whey Protein Concentrate , Whey Protein Isolate, Calcium Caseinate, and Hydrolysed Lactalbumen, to provide a sustained release protein matrix.
The Whey proteins are absorbed rapidly, going quickly to the muscles to avoid excess muscle tissue breakdown from hard training, whilst the more slowly digested Calcium Caseinate and Hydrolysed Lactalbumen offer protein release over an extended period of up to 3 hours, ensuring maximum recovery and muscle repair. (Note: LEPPIN use a low lactose Calcium Caseinate, so this formula should be fine for use by lactose intolerant individuals)
