We know how hard it is buying apparel, compression wear and training gear online with different sizing and fit between different ranges. So when you do receive an order of apparel and compression wear PLEASE TRY YOUR GARMENT ON FOR CORRECT SIZE BEFORE REMOVING TAGS.
If you find the sizing is incorrect - too big or too small, or if it is the wrong colour, or isn't what you expected, the product may be returned and exchanged for an alternative size or colour, or another product of the same value or simply refunded in full.
Where possible the refund will be issued in the same tender as original payment eg. credit card, bank transfer etc.
SKINS and 2XU Compression Garments
Please note the SKINS and 2XU Compression garments are designed to be a very tight fit. Please ensure you have correctly measured your height, weight, and chest measurement and followed the appropriate SKINS or 2XU sizing charts before wearing the garment during training. If you find that on receiving your goods that you have ordered the incorrect size please return the garment in its original packaging in an unused condition.HOW TO RETURN:

If the product has been used and worn for training in please wash it before sending back - for hygiene reasons we cannot take returns of stinky old unwashed gear.
If you can please enclose your original sales receipt or include a reprint from your purchase history in your account profile that can speed things up. If you do not have your purchase receipt, please include a note stating your name, address, e-mail address and order number if known. Please allow normal delivery times for our reply. Once we receive the goods back we will notify you of expected date/time for replacement.
Allow 3-5 working days for processing of exchanges or refunds.
