How To Order

Orders Can Be Made Online for Payment by Credit Card or Electronic Bank Deposit. We also accept order by FreePhone 0800 383588 and by email.

Ordering With FuelMe Is Really Easy.

Select the products you want to purchase – if applicable select options from drop down menus for flavour, size, colour etc and add them to your online basket by clicking the “Add To Cart” button. Some Energy Bars and Gels are available in Mixed flavours when ordering certain quantities – if you choose the Mixed option, to specify desired flavours please enter flavour and quantities on Shipping Method page during checkout.

Once you’ve finished adding items to your Cart you can proceed to Checkout – click the CART or CHECKOUT buttons at the top of the page.

  1. Login / Register
    If you’ve shopped with us before just use your registered email address and password to log into your personal details. If you’re having any problems with your password you can get your password rest by Clicking the Forgotten Your Password link next to the Log in Box..
    If you’re a new customer you can either checkout as a Guest, or choose to create an account and save your details for future orders. The advantage of this is that you can view your order status, as well as order history and reorder quickly from past orders as well as update your delivery or contact information easily if needed. If you checkout as a gues you do get the option at the end of the checkout to save your details.
  2. Shipping Address
    Choose which address you wish to use for delivery of your order. You can set up multiple delivery addresses for yourself, work/home etc and choose the correct address for each order that you place
  3. Shipping Method
    For NZ orders, Choose whether you want it shipped by Courier Post non signature or Signature Required.
    For International Orders you can select our Flatrate Shipping Method, or faster Express Priority Courier at $65NZD
    If you have chosen MIXED Flavours for a product please specify the flavours in the the Delivery Instructions Box on this page.
    If you need to make any changes to your order you can click the EDIT CART button to add or remove products.
    Click the NEXT: Payment button to proceed to the Payment Options Page.
  4. Payment Options
    You can now choose your payment type. Payment can be made by Credit Card through PayPal or DPS or or by Electronic bank transfer. For more information about our payment options please see the PAYMENT INFORMATION page.
    Please review your order details and Delivery Address details – if any changes are required click the Edit button.
    To Pay by Paypal click the PURCHASE THROUGH PAYPAL button – you will be taken offsite to make secure payment through the PayPal website. Follow the instructions on Paypal to complete the order.
    To Pay by DPS click the PURCHASE THROUGH DPS button (NZ Customers Only) – you will be taken offsite to make secure payment through the DPS website. Follow the instructions to complete the order.
    Please Note: NZ based customers can pay by Credit Card through DPS or Paypal. International Customers can pay by Credit Card through Paypal, we no longer accept DPS payments for International Orders.
    To Pay by Bank Deposit click the Bank Deposit button. Electronic payments can be made directly to our bank account if you don’t hold a Credit card or prefer not to use it online. Just choose this option during the check out process for full payment details – once payment shows we will pack and ship your order. Please allow 1-2 working days for payment to show
    Once you have placed your order a Thank You Screen will appear confirming your order has successfully completed. On this screen will be an Order ID; please print this screen for your own records and use this ID should you need to contact us about the order. You may check the status of any of your orders at any time under Order History.
    We will send you an automated email as confirmation of the order details to your registered email address and will send another email when the order has been dispatched. Please check your email immediately to confirm receiving this. If you do not receive an email promptly please check your Trash or Spam folders. If no email is present your order may not have gone through correctly. Please check your Order History and then contact us by phone or email if no order is showing.
