Payment Express (DPS) have a dedicated and purpose built development and datacentre, specially designed for payments processing. DPS have invested and continue to re-invest in state of the art, bank grade security and infrastructure.
DPS are fully certified as Visa AIS and MasterCard SDP (PCI-DSS) compliant at processor level; using Ernst and Young Risk Management services for quarterly scans on systems and full onsite audits, annually. When replacements are not available we may, at our discretion, provide a complete refund. All products are generally covered by the original manufacturers warranty, typically 12 to 24 months.
Sorry, we will not deliver to any address in which we deem suspicious. We do not accept cash on delivery. We ship our NZ orders via Courier Post offering same day and overnight delivery for the wider Auckland area, and 2-3 working days for the rest of New Zealand.
Overseas orders are delivered via NZ Post International Economy Courier, offering delivery 1 to 2 weeks from date of order.
Should you feel that your goods do not arrive in good condition, please contact us using our contact form or by email or phone. We are not responsible for loss or damage to goods that are delivered to an incorrect address.

Personal information specific to each Vendor’s sales is treated as strictly confidential and will only be reviewed or examined in the event of a dispute, claim, error or customer request.
