We are committed to providing the highest quality supplements and training gear for your endurance sport. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your FuelMe purchase. While we’re pretty confident that we stock only the best and most effective products available, sometimes what works for us might not work for you, or the first size you try might not be quite the right fit.
If something isn’t quite right, if it doesn’t fit, isn’t the right colour, we guarantee your total satisfaction by offering a 100% 365 Day Returns Guarantee on everything we sell.
Our Returns and Exchange Policy is designed to give you total peace of mind, you can return your purchase for an exchange item, or a full refund at any time, tomorrow, next week, or even in 364 and a half days. We know how hard it is buying apparel, shoes, compression wear and training gear online with different sizing and fit between different ranges. When you do receive an order of apparel, shoes, or compression wear “PLEASE TRY YOUR GARMENT OR SHOES ON FOR CORRECT SIZE BEFORE REMOVING TAGS or throwing away the box.”
Please try the product on for size and test fit the product with a small jog or fast walk on carpeted surfaces or a hard paved area, however we cannot offer exchanges on apparel or gear that has been worn for sport, events, or training (unless it is faulty).
If you find the sizing is incorrect – too big or too small, or if it is the wrong colour, or isn’t what you expected, and the product is UNUSED the product may be returned and exchanged for an alternative size or colour, or another product of the same value or simply refunded in full.
All returns for Refunds must be in the condition you received them in, with the original box packaging/box and the manufacturer swing tags where applicable. When returning an item for a refund, the item must not have been worn for training or washed, and all labels are attached.
If returning Used Gear – We can ONLY Accept Returns of USED training gear, HRM’s or Compression wear IF there is a manufacturing fault. In which case it will be assessed by the supplier/manufacturer under the original warranty and repaired or replaced if applicable.
FREE EXCHANGES ON ALL UNUSED GEAR:
- All Training gear, Shoes, HRM’s and Compression Wear is shipped to you with a PrePaid Return Address Courier Post Label. That way you can try it on for size and if you find it’s the wrong size/colour etc and you wish to exchange the UNUSED item please.
- Phone us on 0800 383588 or use the contact form on our contact page and let us know the item you wish to return, and the item/size you want to exchange it for.
- Please make sure the items for exchange are in the Original, UNUSED condition and include their original packaging and any attached tags.
- All items returned for exchange in damaged, incorrect packaging, or without original tags or boxes will incur a NZD $10 per item handling charge.
- To return the item by Free Courier Post turn the courier bag inside out or use another courier bag and attach the Courier Post return label provided. Drop you package at the counter of any NZ Post Shop.
- This is a FREE Prepaid service for Product Exchanges and you will not be charged extra for this.
To speed up exchanges please include a note with your name and Order ID number.

Please make sure the items are in the original, UNUSED condition and include their original packaging and swing tags attached (or included).
Any items returned in damaged or incorrect packaging will incur a NZD $10 per item handling charge.
Refunds are given on the purchase price, and exclude any shipping charges that may have been paid.
To return your item you can either:
Use the Courier Post Returns label provided with your order. There will be a subsidised cost of NZD $5 for Product Refunds which will be deducted from the refund amount. Drop you package at the counter of any NZ Post Shop.
Return the at your expense the item using any shipping provider of your choice. Send to the following address:

Allow 3-5 working days for processing of exchanges or refunds.
If for some reason you find any items are faulty or defective please contact us as soon as possible. You can then return to us with free return shipping and we will arrange a repair or replacement if the item is still under warranty. If our supplier is unable to repair or replace the item with an identical item a credit or refund will be given:

Send the item back using the Courier Post Returns label. We will then inspect the item and send to the supplier for replacement or repair.
Please allow up to 10 working days for replacement of faulty items. For products sourced outside of NZ this will be take longer as delays can occur beyond our control.
SKINS And 2XU Compression Garments:
Please note the SKINS and 2XU Compression garments are designed to be a VERY TIGHT FIT and their sizing is not based on Regular Clothing Size Charts. They are not designed to feel or fit like regular training tights so often can feel qute unusual.
Please Ensure You Have Correctly Measured Your Height, Weight, And Chest Measurement And Followed The Appropriate SKINS Or 2XU Sizing Charts Before Wearing The Garment During Training.
99% of the time the Sizing chart is going to give you accurate sizing – if you happen to fall on the border of two sizes we suggest you go for the larger size for comfort or go down a size for a increased compression (though not always too comfortable). If you find that on receiving your goods that you have ordered the incorrect size please return the UNUSED garment in its original packaging in an unused condition.
*** Supplements Disclaimer – We Have ONE Condition That We Can’t Cover With Our Returns Policy And That’s Flavour.
Sorry, we can’t give refunds on opened products if you don’t like the flavour of a product. Flavour and sweetness of supplements (bars, gels, drink mixes etc) is extremely subjective. The manufacturers work hard to try and get products tasting right but not everyone enjoys every product. Everyone’s tastes are different and as such we can’t absolutely guarantee you will like the flavour or sweetness of a particular product.
In the unlikely event that the flavour is bad because the product is off, or somehow there has been a manufacturing issue we will cover you with our guarantee, however can’t cover it if the flavour is as it should be. We normally try all new flavours coming instore so should be able to let you know if it’s how it should or shouldn’t taste.
We can however take returns and offer exchanges on partial boxlots of gels and bars. If you purchase a boxlot of one flavour of gels or bars, and find you do not like it, the unused portion of the boxlot may be returned and exchanged for an alternative flavour of the same
Dietary Supplements, Sports Foods, and Nutritional Products are unable to be covered by our 365day returns policy due to their expiry date. We offer a 90day returns policy from date of delivery for exchanges or refunds on supplements, and there must be a MINIMUM 6 months on the Product Use By/Expires By date left on the product.
